Thank you for choosing Hire-Vision. We are committed to providing high-quality training and career services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before enrolling or making any payment.
1. Training Program Fees
- Fees paid for skill development or training courses (e.g., MS Office, Marketing, Accounting, etc.) are generally non-refundable after 3 days of admission.
- Any cancellation request within 3 days of payment will be considered for partial refund, subject to approval and administrative deduction.
- Fees cannot be transferred to another person or batch without prior written permission.
2. Job Placement Registration Fee
Please Note: The registration fee collected for job placement or hiring services is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This fee covers candidate onboarding, profile assessment, and employer coordination efforts.
- Even if the candidate is not selected or decides not to attend an interview, the fee will not be refunded.
3. Course Cancellation by Hire-Vision
- If a course or batch is cancelled from our side, 100% refund or batch rescheduling option will be offered.
4. Mode of Refund (if applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
