At Hire-Vision, we take the protection of our intellectual property and client data very seriously. This Copyright Policy outlines the rights we reserve over the content, branding, placement-related data, and communication materials shared through our platform and services.
1. Ownership of Materials & Data
- All documents, forms, application formats, job listings, candidate assessment tools, emails, and hiring-related communication content are the sole property of Hire-Vision.
- All databases, including resumes, interview feedback, placement history, and job-seeker records, are confidential and protected under copyright.
- We hold full rights over templates, reports, and formats used for recruitment and hiring workflows shared with employers or job seekers.
2. Use of Brand & Content
- The name "Hire-Vision", our logo, slogans, website content, and digital media are trademarks and cannot be used by any third party without written consent.
- No placement success stories, client testimonials, or job offer screenshots shared by us may be copied or published elsewhere.
3. Restrictions on Use
- Users and employers are not allowed to duplicate, forward, or misuse candidate profiles received through Hire-Vision.
- Sharing or selling job-seeker information from our platform is strictly prohibited and is a violation of this policy.
- Use of any of our communication formats (email templates, job descriptions, etc.) to run a parallel hiring service is not allowed.
4. Copyright of Training Materials
- Although our focus is on placement, some training content (interview preparation, personality development modules) is our intellectual property and may not be shared or sold elsewhere.
- Any video, PDF, or classroom presentation provided during job-readiness programs is for personal use only by registered users.
5. Enforcement and Legal Action
We monitor unauthorized use of our branding and candidate data. Any reproduction, misrepresentation, or sale of protected materials will lead to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000.
